BIOGRAPHY Ceren Aksan was born in 1981, Ankara. She educated music, violin in Hacettepe University Conservatory since she was 9 years old, till master degree. She has worked as a Academic staff at Conservatory for 8 years, then she quit her work in government, because of her plans about moving to Istanbul. She is living in Istanbul since 2008. She has worked and still working with many professional orchestras, singers, DJ's and bands all around the world. At all of this time, music was not her only interest, she also educated cinema and photography; she bought her first camera when she was 14 years old and started to shoot visuals. Created, directed, edited lots of short movie projects. In this years she started to spend more time for photography, it was like other half of her life. Since 2007, Ceren Aksan has another profession which is her photography career. She is mostly working on portrait, beauty, wedding, fashion & conceptual photographs. Also shooting artists, actors, musicians for their album covers, websites, PR and magazines. She opened up her first personal photography exhibition in 2008, sponsored by a bank company. Ceren Aksan is professionally working as a freelance photographer in her own photography studio, located in Beyoglu - Istanbul / Turkey. |
